How do I place an order at Playsam shop?
1. Choose category and the products that you are interested in, choose amount and if possible variation. Push the Buy button and the product is automatically added to your shopping cart.
2. At the down left of the page you can see the total cost of the products in the shopping cart. If you would like to see your shopping cart push Show shopping cart at the left.
3. When you have added all your products to the shopping cart you push the Go to checkout. To change quantity, go to page Show shopping cart, enter the new number in the field and click the "Recalculate" button. Click the "X" button if you want to remove the product.
4. In the first step of the checkout process start with stating your name and address. If you like it is possible to get your order delivered to a different address than your own. Next is to choose shipping option and payment method. Please make sure that your personal information is correct before you push the Continue button to confirm your order.
6. In the final step of the checkout process you receive your order confirmation and your order number. This information is also sent to the email address that you have given
What methods of payment does Playsam accept?
Playsam shop uses several payment options. We accept major charge and credit cards, such as MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Pay Pal and, in some cases, cash on delivery. We also offer money transfer to our bank account and a direct VAT deduction in case you are a corporate customer within EU and have a valid VAT number.
Is it secure to order online at Playsam shop?
Yes, to protect you as a customer we use Veri Sign Inc. unique set of encryption technologies that enable safe online transactions.
The credit card information that you submit to Playsam shop will only be handled by our payment service provider. We will never ask you to provide this information by e-mail.
Why are the prices shown in another currency than my local?
To make it easier for our international customers we are using a technical solution called IP-recognition. This means that the prices are shown in local currency depending on where the computer or the network server is located. If the computer being used is part of an international network the currency might be different from where you are located as the server is located outside your country.
How long is the delivery time from Playsam?
If the ordered items are in stock the order is shipped within 2 - 7 days. The delivery time within Europe is normally 3-9 working days and 5-14 working days to other countries.
What do I do if my delivery is damaged when I receive it?
If you when receiving a parcel notice that it is visibly damaged from transportation, immediately report this to the transportation company which delivered the parcel. If the transportation company do not accept responsibility, contact Playsam customer service.
Can I exchange or return my purchase if I do not like it?
Playsam follows the Swedish Konsumentköplagen, and the European Union E-commerce directive which means that you can, in a period of 21 days, return a product if you are not completely satisfied. If returning a product it must be in unchanged condition and in the original package. Please contact in...@playsam.com for further instructions. The purchasing amount will be paid back to you within 30 days from the day the product reaches Playsam. If you use your right to return a product, the costs of delivery will be paid by you. If a product is specially made, or in any way changed after your instructions, you will only be able to change your order within 14 days from the day we confirm your order by e-mail

How does Playsam deal with my privacy?
The information you submit to www.playsam.com will be handled with utmost care and respect. Playsam will only use the personal information when we are handling orders, during shipments and deliveries, for secure payment and, in some cases, for custom declaration. Playsam has and follows an internal policy of security, specially designed for the company. We use cipher code in our work with the Internet and we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL), all in purpose to secure the personal information given when a purchase is made. Information about credit cards will be handled only by a financial institution in a totally secure connection. All personal information concerning payments will be deleted when a purchase is completed.
Is it safe to play with Playsam toys?
Playsam would like to point out that all toys, are very safe to play with. For decorative items like Playtown, Big and small Sailboat safety test are not made. But they are painted with same paint as all Playsam toys. Playsam uses a lacquer paint, free of all toxic materials, including lead. This lacquer paint has been thoroughly tested for toxins in independent laboratories. Wooden toys are made of beech from Germany or Italy.

Creating products that are safe enough for young children involves extensive research and testing.
All products are produced to conform to heavy metal (toxicology) testing as under mandate by the ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) for US and Canada. They meet all industry standards within EN71 part 3.
